Taralli all'olio

Everyone has tasted some taralli bagels just once. There are several flavors: with extra virgin olive oil, with chopped olives, or fennel seeds, hot chilly pepper, oregano, turmeric, black peppers, dried onions, up to sweet ones. In any case, the evo oil is the basis. 🌶️🧅

We can made the taralli bagels at home, as it was used once.

The recipe is really super-easy

🥣 In a bowl mix the 00 flour (500 gr), pour the oil (125 ml, that is the half of our bottle of 250 ml ), salt and some white wine (200 ml).

Firstly, you need to work it with your hands until the dough is smooth and elastic. Then put it in the fridge wrapped in a film, for 1 hour.

Secondly, roll the dough into sticks (1 cm in diameter and 6 cm long), join the ends and form small circles.

Boil the water and pour a few taralli at a time into the hot water. When they come to the surfaces, drain them in a cotton cloth.

The last step: put the taralli bagels on a baking tray and cook them at 200°C for 20 minutes in the oven.
They must be lightly browned.
