Polenta was considered a poor dish: with a little amount, it was enough for whole families.

Fortunately this tradition is still alive and, in addition, new dishes in a modern key are introduced next to the classic recipes. This is the case of Quadrotti of Polenta , roasted and garnished with tasty ingredients including extra virgin olive oil.
