Tuscan Panzanella has to be prepared with stale bread that must be softened with white vinegar.
Other ingredients are tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, celery, basil leaves.
All the ingredients must be seasoned with good Evo oil.
Those who want it can add some a bit of salt and pepper.
